So far so good! I went to test drive a car. It wasn't for me, but I really appreciated the experience: unlike most dealerships, there wasn't a lot of pressure put on me; the sales associate, Mason, was fantastic, and he promised to update me when they found a car that met the criteria I was looking for. That was a week ago and I haven't been inundated with calls/emails/etc. I did receive one text clarifying what I was looking for. This has been a really pleasant surprise, as I've had pretty bad/pushy dealership experiences in the past.
